Sketch & CAD
Every Convo begins as a pencil curve on tracing paper. Once the arc and seat depth feel right in scale models, Eason translates it into a CAD file the atelier can mill from.
our
CONVO began with a simple question: what if the living room was arranged for people, not screens? The Convo is our answer — a single sofa, made to commission, designed to pull a room into conversation.
What we believe
01
Every curve, every seat depth, every armrest angle exists to make eye contact easier and conversation longer.
02
We build a single model, in your fabric, your configuration, your dimensions. No seasonal line-up. No compromise.
03
A hardwood frame carries a lifetime warranty. Covers unzip for re-upholstery decades from now.
Behind the scenes
A look inside the process — from first sketch on tracing paper, to the first hand-stitched seam, to the day the couch leaves the atelier.

02
Kiln-dried oak is doweled and glued by hand. The frame is built to outlast three re-upholsteries — we sign and date the underside before suspension goes in.
03
Eight-way hand-tied springs, then a goose-down and foam core tuned to the seat depth. Aaron tests every cushion by sitting on it for an hour before signing off.
04
Fabric is cut on the bias, hand-stitched along the curves so no machine line is visible. Sharon final-checks every seam against the original drawings.
05
Each Convo ships in a custom crate with the maker's initials. Vikram joins the install for first deliveries so the room is photographed for the archive.
“
A room should gather people. A sofa should help.
Everything we make starts from that.
